Course Description

Phlebotomy technicians are medical professionals who work in medical labs, taking blood samples from patients and adequately label them with their information. They conduct a wide range of tests to identify underlying conditions to assist doctors and other medical professionals with diagnosis and patient care. The Phlebotomy Technician Program is a 7-week self-paced online course which includes 3 days of in-person hands on training. After successful completion of the 7-week online program students are eligible to test for their national certification exam. The certification exam fee is included in the tuition.
