Frequently Asked Questions

1. What programs does your school offer? 

​

We offer Phlebotomy Technician, EKG Technician, Clinical Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, and Nursing Assistant.

​

2. Do I have to log in at a certain time for class?

​

 Most of our courses are online, self-paced instructional learning course. You can log in anytime at your discretion, however weekly assignments have strict due dates.

​

Nursing Assistant course is 2-weeks in classroom, 1-week clinical rotation at a nursing home facility.

​

3. I live in another state can I enroll in any of your online courses?

 

Yes, we accept out of state participants for online courses, however participants are still required to attend the 3-day mandatory in person skills training during the last week of the program in order to successfully complete the course and receive certificate of completion.

4. How much is the tuition?

​

Total tuition costs are listed under each course tab. 

​

5. Are we required to wear uniforms during in person skills training?

 

Yes, uniforms are REQUIRED to be worn during the skills training week and clinicals.

6. Do I have to pay the full tuition when I register for the class, and do you provide tuition assistance?

​

We have two payment options available:

  • Bi-weekly payment plan that is explained in detail when you click on the register now button under a specific program. 

  • Make monthly payments using Affirm. You'll see the link to apply for a loan from Affirm when you register for the class.

8. Once I complete the program can I go straight to work?

​

Yes, once you have successfully completed the course you will be awarded a certificate of completion and ready to enter the workforce. 

​

9. Do you provide resume assistance and job placement?

​

No, we do not provide job placement assistance, however we refer all of our participants to a professional resume writer to assist them with a professional resume.

10. Is your school licensed?

​

Yes, Next Level Educational Services is licensed by the Louisiana Board of Regents and adheres to the rules and regulations of Proprietary Schools.
