3-DAY PHLEBOTOMY REFRESHER COURSE

Course Description

The 3-day phlebotomy refresher course is designed specifically for continuing education purposes for previously trained and occupationally qualified individuals. Hands on phlebotomy skills including collection of blood specimens and venipunctures are the main focus. We also provide written study material to prepare individuals to successfully pass the national certification board exam provided by NHA. Exam fee and training supplies are included in tuition. To register for this refresher course, you must: 1. Be at least 17 years or older, possess a valid government I.D, OR driver's license. 2. Have a high school diploma or GED from a state approved school. 3. have successfully completed a phlebotomy or medical assistant training program within the last 3 years from a state approved school OR currently working in the field as a phlebotomist or Medical Assistant and can provide a formal letter of verification from your employer. 4. Provide a copy of your certificate of completion/ and or official transcripts from a state approved school. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL 3 DAYS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION!
